Do you want to brew a real Lager or Pilsner? Do not hesitate to use the real Lager yeast.
The yeast strain is often in use from West European breweries. It produces the best lager taste, if you ferment the yeast at low temperatures (10°C - 14°C). Also you can produce good beers at room temperatures.
Tip: In case of fermentation at low temperatures (10°C - 14°C) we suggest you 23g per 20 liter wort or 11,5g per 20 liter wort at room temperatures.
