With hops-and-more, you can rely on us to always take care of the fastest delivery of the goods you have ordered. But it is just as important to us that the items reach you in perfect condition.

Deliveries are only possible to delivery addresses in Germany and Austria.

Shipping costs for end customers

Germany

The shipping fee is 6.99 EUR (DHL or GLS) per order for delivery addresses within Germany. From a value of 250 EUR we deliver free of charge.

Excluded from this are goods that have to be sent by a freight forwarder. These offers are marked accordingly. We charge a cost contribution of EUR 49 for forwarding, regardless of the order value.

Austria

The shipping fee is only 8.99 EUR per order for delivery addresses within Austria. From a value of 250 EUR we deliver free of charge.

Excluded from this are goods that have to be sent by a freight forwarder. These offers are marked accordingly. We charge a cost contribution of EUR 49 for forwarding, regardless of the order value.

Shipping Cost for reseller

The shipping prices for resellers are based on the individual agreements.

Shipping method

We ship with DHL as an insured package (shipping insurance is already included in the shipping fee), but we reserve the right to ship with another parcel service provider of our choice.

We do not charge a surcharge for small quantities or packaging costs.
