SAFLAGER S-189, 11,5 g - bottom-fermented dry yeast
Originating from the Hürlimann brewery in Switzerland. This lager strain’s attenuation profile allows to brew fairly neutral flavor beers with a high drinkability.
Fermentation Temperature: 9ºC-22ºC, ideally 12-15°C
Dosing: 80 to 120 g/hl (temperatures lower than 12°C, you need to increase the dosing to 200 to 300g/hl)
