Willamette is an aroma hop sort from the USA and was opened to the public in 1976. Also suitable as replacement for Bramling Cross or Fuggles.

Leaf hops
Predominated flavours of resinous-stringy notes such as incense and red berries. Enriched with volatile nuances of cream toffee.

Cold extraction*
Flavours of citrus, green fruits and flowery notes.

Origin: Washington / Oregon
