Amarillo Pellets Type 90

This hop variety can be used as both a bittering variety and an aroma variety.
One of the most popular American hops, its balanced, fruity flavor makes it very popular in the craft brewer scene.

Raw hops
Fruity strong aromas of apricot, peach, banana and honeydew melon take center stage in this cultivar, giving it a unique sweet flavor. Tart citrus notes of grapefruit and lime create a delightful symbiosis and round out the flavor.

The alpha acid varies depending on the harvest year
