Pacific Gem 5 kg Pellets TYPE 90

This high alpha variety is a breeding of the New Zealand variety "Smoothcone", crossed with Californian Late Cluster x Fuggle.
The combination of spicy, herbaceous, floral and woody components give this aroma hop its special taste.

Alpha acidity varies depending on crop year.

Sweet fruits such as banana, plum and pome fruit, red and green fruits such as quince and strawberry

Cold extract
Characterized by floral notes of jasmine, apple blossom and tea with cream caramel
