Low Oxygen Brewing - Set for the Braumeister PLUS 50 Liter

This set for the Braumeister PLUS 50 Liter can be used for brewing your own beer with less oxygen. It's named the Low Oxygen Brewing method. With this method you will get a more tasty beer with more pronounced and fresh malt taste than normal. With this brewing process it's being attempted that the oxygen level will be lower during the mash, the cooling and the filling.
Due to the reduction of the unwanted contact with oxygen you get a more durable beer with higher flavor stability. Less Oxygen means less production of unwanted flavors because of less production of aerobic microorganisms.

Because of his double coat and the using of a cooling spiral it could come to a higher oxygen contact. Use the LOB set for the Braumeister PLUS 50 Liter to prevent this situation and to reduce the oxygen. With the use of this set you can also take more malt in the malt pipe by which you will get a higher yield. It's useful for beers with a malty taste and less hop, like Weizenbier, Helles and Pilsner.
