This base plate made of birch wood (multiplex) is robust and ideally suited to stably attach your MattMill Master malt mill. You can easily attach it to it with the screws provided.

With this plate you can easily attach your grinder to a container to make grinding even easier. This plate is also suitable for the blue MattMill box.

All of MattMill's findings have been consistently incorporated into the concept of the MattMill Master complete set. This set is, so to speak, the quintessence of many years of experience. This set basically includes the MattMill Master malt mill and the MattMill Master stainless steel funnel. All other components can be selected.

The MattMill Master malt mill (MMMA) is an elementary part of the MattMill Master complete set. In the concept of the new MattMill Master Malt Mill (MMMA), all of MattMill's findings have been consistently incorporated, so to speak the quintessence of many years of experience. Handmade in Germany with German components. The robust housing is sealed with a stainless steel cover to protect it from dust. The funnel has an anti-trap device, making grinding even safer. The funnel holds approx. 7 liters and is secured without tools via a quick attachment to the grinder. You can grind approx. 10g / revolution with this grinder. The medium-thick, permanently grippy-sharp rollers in the usual high-quality, hardened MattMill ensure a light drive and thus safe feeding of the malt grains.

The two rollers run smoothly and have a play-free roller bearing. The innovative MattMill quick adjustment brings reliable and reproducible grinding results of the highest quality (also ideal for modern brewing and circulation systems such as the Grainfather or the Speidel Braumeister). With the five settings, the degree of grinding can be set easily and safely and can therefore be repeated the next time you grind. Shot levels approx. 0.9 - 1, 1 - 1.3 - 1.45 - 1.6 mm. Due to the pre-drilled holes on the grinder, it can be screwed onto a plate and installed without any problems. You can operate the mill with a crank (not included) or a slow-speed, stocky cordless screwdriver or drill in first gear with the included bit.

MattMill products are German, innovative, handcrafted products: invented, developed, designed and handcrafted by master mechanical engineer and designer Matthias Hoßfeld, who has been a home brewer himself since 1986. The construction and design is geared towards practicality for home and hobby brewers. Of course, value was also placed on cost-effectiveness. Professional use is expressly excluded.
