Cheese wax - 150 g

Cheese wax is used for coating ripening rennet cheeses (sliced cheeses). Protects cheese from dehydration, impurities and microorganisms - mainly mold. In addition, the cheese coated with it simply presents itself beautifully.

Method of use: Place the container in boiling water for 20 minutes, then apply the wax with the help of a brush or dip the cheese in the melted wax. After finishing the wax coating, let the cheese stand until it cools down completely. Place the cooled cheese on the cheese base for storage.

Melting temperature of the wax: approx. 55°C.

Attention: Do not heat in the microwave.
