Centennial 5 kg type 90 pellets - about Alpa Crop 2023

This variety is traded as an alternative to Cascade. The aroma is more floral than fruity, accompanied by a strong spicy bitter note often found in English varieties.

Raw Hops
Woody-spicy aromas of pine, barrique, tonka bean, tarragon and anise, as well as raspberry notes.

Cold Extract*
Chamomile, tea and citrus tips, and light mango notes.
