Cascade US 100 g pellets TYPE 90

The Cascade Mountains, with their volcanic origin, give this hop variety its medium-strong, distinctive and fragrant aroma.

The alpha acid varies depending on the crop year.

Raw hops
Creamy caramel as well as fruity notes of blackberry and mango.

Cold extract*
Strong citrus aromas in the foreground.

Origin: USA

Contents: 5 kg in vacuum bag

Note: Is often used for US Craft beers, especially for Indian Pale Ales.

* for cold extract 2 gr pellets were dissolved in 200 ml water (20° C) for 30 min.
