Brewers Gold 500 g pellets TYPE 90 - ca. 4,1 % Alpha

Once bred as a replacement hop for Northern Brewer, this variety has now found worldwide appeal. One of the reasons is probably its distinctive aroma.

Raw hops
Red berries such as currant, essential substances, fresh spices and rosy-floral to creamy-yogurt-like flavors.

Cold extract*
Dominant green-grassy, tea-like aromas such as lemon balm and hay, complemented by sweet honey and fresh lemon components.

Origin: Germany / Hallertau

Contents: 500 g in a vacuum bag

Note:

* for cold extract was dissolved 2 gr pellets on 200 ml of water (20 ° C) for 30 min.
