Chinook 5 kg Pellets TYPE 90

Chinook hop variety originates from the USA and was released as a high alpha variety in 1985. Chinook comes from the family of English Goldings and has a high bittering value and mild aroma.

The alpha acid varies depending on the crop year.

Raw hops
Herbal, almost smoky character of tarragon, juniper, basil and lavender, encompassed by a balanced citrus cloud.

Cold Extract*
Dominant red berry, sweet fruit and floral flavor elements and resinous pine extracts.
