Classic yeast, used to produce champagne, cider, dry meads, dry wines, or to fully attenuate barley wines/ strong ales. Neutral.

Optimum Ferment Temp.: 70-75 °F (21 - 24 °C)
ABV: 15 %

One package of PurePitch® Next Generation contains 70 ml and has 125 billion yeast cells.

Use for 20 liters:
up to 12 °Plato: 1 pack
between 12,5 - 16,5 °Plato: 2 packs
above 16 °Plato: 3 packs
