WLP004 Irish Ale - Organic PurePitch® Next Generation

This liquid yeast is from one of the oldest stout breweries in the world. It produces light diacetyls balanced by light fruity and tart notes.

Apparent final degree of fermentation: 69 - 74 %.
Flocculation: medium - high
Fermentation temperature: 18,3 - 20 °C
Alcohol tolerance: medium - high

One package of Organic PurePitch® Next Generation contains 70 ml and has 125 billion yeast cells.

Use for 20 liters:
up to 12 °Plato: 1 pack
between 12,5 - 16,5 °Plato: 2 packs
above 16 °Plato: 3 packs
