The trisodium phosphate (Na3PO4) is ideal for cleaning beer barrels, bottles and fermentation tanks. It is capable of complexing multivalent metal ions and thus removing mineral deposits. Trisodium phosphate loosens protein structures, aids in the emulsification of surfactants and accelerates the saponification of fats and oils by its alkaline reaction.
Dosage: 1 soup spoon / 5 l warm water. Allow to soak 15-60 minutes
