SafAle™ BW-20, top-fermenting dry yeast 11.5 g

Special yeast for the production of wheat beers with a neutral fruit flavor and specific phenolic character (clove and pepper notes).
Yeast that does not completely ferment the maltotriose and gives the beer a certain mouthfeel.
Yeast with medium sedimentation does not form lumps but a powdery turbidity.
