LalBrew Abbaye™ - 11 g
The LalBrew Abbaye™ is a brewer's yeast of Belgian origin.
Due to its abilities to ferment low to high alcohol Belgian beers, the LalBrew Abbaye™ produces the typical spiciness and fruitiness for this style of beer.
When fermented at higher temperatures, the yeast produces aromas and flavors such as banana, spicy and tropical.
The fermentation rate, fermentation time, and degree of fermentation depend on the density, yeast handling, fermentation temperature, and nutrient quality of the wort.
At low temperatures, it tends to produce fruit flavors of dark fruits such as raisins, dates and figs.
Traditional varieties that can be brewed with this yeast include Belgian White, Belgian Blonde, Dubbel, Tripel and Quad.
