WLP860 Münchner Helles Lager - Organic PurePitch® Next Generation

This yeast helps to produce a malty, yet balanced traditional Munich-style lager.. Clean and a strong fermentor, it’s great for a variety of lager styles ranging from helles to rauchbier.

Attenuation: 68 - 72 %
Flocculation: Medium
Fermentation Temperature: 48 °F (9 °C) - 52 °F (11 °C)

One package of Organic PurePitch® Next Generation contains 70 ml and has 125 billion yeast cells.

Use for 20 liters:
up to 12 °Plato: 1 pack
between 12,5 - 16,5 °Plato: 2 packs
above 16 °Plato: 3 packs

Here you can calculate, depending on your fermentation temperature and your seasoning quantity, the required number of yeast packs.
