WLP644 Saccaromyces brux-like Trois - PurePitch® Next Generation

This Belgian liquid yeast strain is traditionally used for a wild yeast fermentation. It produces a slightly tart beer with excellent mango and pineapple character. It is also suitable for bottle fermentation.

Flocculation: low
Fermentation temperature: 21.1 - 29.9 °C
Alcohol tolerance: medium - high

One package of Organic PurePitch® Next Generation contains 70 ml and has 125 billion yeast cells.

Use for 20 liters:
up to 12 °Plato: 1 pack
between 12,5 - 16,5 °Plato: 2 packs
above 16 °Plato: 3 packs
