WLP400 Belgian Wit Ale - Organic PurePitch® Next Generation

Slightly phenolic and tart, this is the original yeast used to produce Wit in Belgium.

Attenuation: 74 - 78 %
Flocculation: Low to Medium
Optimum Ferment Temp: 67 - 74 °F
Alcohol Tolerance: Medium

One package of Organic PurePitch® Next Generation contains 70 ml and has 125 billion yeast cells.

Use for 20 liters:
up to 12 °Plato: 1 pack
between 12,5 - 16,5 °Plato: 2 packs
above 16 °Plato: 3 packs
