WLP838 Southern German Lager- Organic PurePitch® Next Generation

This liquid yeast is characterized by balanced aroma and a malty finish. It is a strong fermenter and produces low levels of sulfur and only a small amount of diacetyl.

Apparent final degree of fermentation: 68 - 76 %.
Flocculation: medium - high
Fermentation temperature: 10 - 12 °C
Alcohol tolerance: medium

One package of Organic PurePitch® Next Generation contains 70 ml and has 125 billion yeast cells.

Use for 20 liters:
up to 12 °Plato: 1 pack
between 12,5 - 16,5 °Plato: 2 packs
above 16 °Plato: 3 packs
