The original FERMENTIS Saflager W34/70! This popular yeast strain from Weihenstephan is used by industrial breweries worldwide. Thanks to its excellent properties, the strain is the first choice to brew Lager worldwide.

Dosing: 8 to 12 g / 10 (temperatures lower than 12°C, you need to increase the dosing to 20 - 30g / 10 l)
