Cheese made in your own kitchen guarantees healthy composition, mild taste and flavors that will make you never reach for cheese from the store again! Powdered microbiological rennet is an enzymatic product produced during the controlled fermentation of specific strains of Rhizomucor miehei and allows to easily and quickly produce cheese from both cow's and goat's and soy milk. The rennet is 100% vegetarian, which is why it can also be used in vegan cooking. 1 g of rennet is enough for 20 liters of milk; in the set you will find even 5 sachets, which will allow you to make cheese from even 100 liters of milk.

Method of use:

Calculate and measure a quantity of rennet proportional to the quantity of milk used.
Dissolve in 50 ml of water
At the appropriate moment of cheese production, depending on the type of cheese, add the dissolved rennet to the milk. Stir gently and leave covered until a thickness is formed.

Application: 1 g rennet is enough for 20 l milk
