High quality materials and processing are characteristic of this malt mill. Synchronized now!

Adjustable on both sides, synchronised rolling mill. The malt mill crushes your malt in less time!

NEW in the Edition 2010: Rollers (Ø 35 x 171 mm) made of hardened steel insert (plasma-nitrided to HRC55!), for maximum sharpness (fräsgerändelt) for a lifetime of use even in harsh malts, protected against corrosion!

The distance can be adjusted continuously between 0 and 2 mm by turning the eccentric.

The rollers are mounted in maintenance-free plain bearing bushings with bronze-PTFE sliding layer.

The smooth, slip-free running of both rolls is ensured by the synchronization. Four friction rings made of high quality material ensure the malt indent and prevent grinding of the grains.

The MattMill produces best milling quality under best protection and is essential for the refining husks!

The drive of the malt mill is manual or choice of the user. It is also a drive with a powerful cordless screwdriver (from 14.4 V) or simply using a drill with a 6 mm hexagonal bit.

The performance is depending on the speed of up to 3 kg / minute.

Hint: A hand crank or motorkit is not included but you can also order it optional when required.
In contrast to the "MattMill Klassik Komplett" the "MattMill Klassik Basis" does not contain a funnel, no base plate and no malt collection box!
