WLP550 Belgian Ale - Organic PurePitch® Next Generation

Saisons, Belgian Ales, Belgian Reds, Belgian Browns, and White beers are just a few of the classic Belgian beer styles that can be created with this yeast strain. Phenolic and spicy flavors dominate the profile, with less fruitiness then WLP500.

Attenuation: 78 - 85 %
Flocculation: medium
Optimum Fermentation Temperature: 68 - 78 °F
Alcohol Tolerance: medium to high

One package of Organic PurePitch® Next Generation contains 70 ml and has 125 billion yeast cells.

Use for 20 liters:
up to 12 °Plato: 1 pack
between 12,5 - 16,5 °Plato: 2 packs
above 16 °Plato: 3 packs
