Heavy Toast Chips produce a more nutty and roasted flavour to wines and are mainly used in heavy and full-bodied wines.
Dosage: 5-30 g / 10 litre wine.
Contact time: a few days to 3 months.
Hint: Can be added to the must or wine (or beer!).
