SafBrew™ LD-20, bottom-fermenting dry yeast - 25 g

SafBrew™ LD-20 is the perfect choice for the production of very dry and neutral lager beers with reduced residual sugar.
It consists of both active dry yeast and enzymes and enables the production of beers with the same alcohol content
beers with the same alcohol content and a reduction in carbohydrates, including dextrins, of up to 20%.

Sedimentation: High
Apparent final fermentation degree: 98 % - 102 %
Alcohol content: 10 % - 11 %
Fermentation temperature: 12 °C - 20 °C

Add the yeast directly at a fermentation temperature of 25 °C - 35 °C.

With prior rehydration:
Rehydrate the yeast in 10 times the amount of water or wort at 25 °C - 37 °C.
Leave the yeast to rest for 15 minutes, then stir it carefully and add it to your fermentation container.
