Duotight check valve 9.5 mm (3/8'')

The check valve, also known as a backflow preventer, ensures that gases or liquids only flow in one direction and cannot flow back. Check valves open automatically as soon as a liquid or gas flows. As soon as the direction of flow changes, the valve closes.

This check valve is suitable for beer and gas hoses. The quick connector is provided with an outside diameter (OD) of 9.5 mm (3/8 ") on each side. It cannot be disassembled for cleaning and is therefore not recommended for use with liquids. Clamps are not required for attachment . We recommend cutting the hose straight and not at an angle to ensure a complete seal of the line. To remove the fitting, simply press in the collet and the hose can be removed. The push-in fitting is suitable for use up to 6.8 bar (corresponds to 100 psi).

This push-in fitting is designed for maximum performance in both gas and liquid applications. Compared to other hose connections on the market, Duotight offers double security for all connections with two ethylene-propylene-rubber O-rings per hose connection.
