Organic Tradition 5 kg Type 90 Pellets - about 5,5 % Alpha Crop 2022

This aroma hop shows good resistance to wilt disease and captivates with its fruity note.
This variety is characteristic for its delicate aromas and bitterness. It exhibits citrus notes, from bergamot and lemon tea, which can also extend to vanilla in the cold extract.

Raw hops
Sweet fruits such as apricots and candied cherries contribute to its delicate flavor. To fine chocolate. Spicy notes of thyme also contribute to the flavor.

Cold extract*
Predominantly citrus and lime aromas with vegetal notes. Flavorful to creamy vanilla.

Alpha acidity varies depending on harvest year.

Origin: Germany
