MattMill® Crown cork bottle manometer (MMKM)
The MattMill crown cork bottle manometer (MMKM) is a device for domestic use for pressure testing and monitoring of a fermentation sample in bottles for hobby, non-commercial beer brewing in private households. Use it to quickly and easily measure the pressure in your beer bottle.
You can carry out the pressure test on all standard bottles with bottle mouths for crown caps with a diameter of 26 mm (according to DIN standard ISO 12821).
The bottle manometer consists of a connector, a slide, a bottle seal, a manometer socket and an O-ring. All components are made of food safe material.
Warning: Before using the MMKM, check that the bottle is in good condition. Please do not use bottles that are damaged!
In the course of use, it must be ensured that the maximum pressure of 4 bar is not exceeded. Otherwise the bottle may burst or explode. The MMKM is also a sensitive measuring instrument. Falling down can cause irreparable damage to the manometer. This also applies to the penetration of liquids of all kinds. Do not shake! Don't tilt! Maximum filling level 3 cm below the bottle mouth.
