Jester® 5 kg pellets TYPE 90

This hop variety can be used as a bittering variety as well as an aroma variety.

It is a registered trademark of Charles Faram & Co Ltd and originates from the Charles Faram Hop Development Program. The hop is a Cascade-like breeding (cross between Fuggle and a Russian variety). The variety was planted in 2009 along with its sister Olicana® and was selected for its aroma. It has small leaves and does not wilt quickly (comparable to Cascade & Target).

Alpha acidity varies depending on the year of crop.

Raw hops
Jester®Aroma is berry and fruity, but at the same time has the noble British bitter and earthy flavor with the fruit notes: Blackcurrant, Grapefruit.
