NEW in the Edition 2010: Rollers (Ø35x171mm) made of hardened steel insert (plasma-nitrided to HRC55!), for maximum sharpness (fräsgerändelt) for a lifetime of use even in harsh malts, protected against corrosion!

The distance can be adjusted continuously between 0 and 2 mm by turning the eccentric.

The rollers are mounted in maintenance-free plain bearing bushings with bronze-PTFE sliding layer.

The smooth, slip-free running of both rolls is ensured by the synchronization. Four friction rings made of high quality material ensure the malt indent and prevent grinding of the grains.

The MattMill produces best milling quality under best protection and is essential for the refining husks!
