Description

Carared is excellently suited for intensifying and stabilizing the flavor in beer and is produced through a special manufacturing process from the finest German quality brewing barley from organic farming. The beer color is not only intensified, but also gets an orange-red luster. A combination of Carared and Melanoidin is recommended for the production of a deep red beer.
