Description

Yoghurt culture Lactoferm

Freeze dried culture of superior quality. Make a soft, natural yoghurt in 6-8 hours at 47 °C. Can be re-cultivated many times (keep 2 or 3 tablespoons in the refrigerator for the next time you want to prepare yoghurt).

Each pack is enough for 1 litre yogurt and can be re-cultivated 15 to 20 times.

  • Suitable for 1 litre of milk


 

Tip: cannot use  to prepare soy milk!
