WLP670 American Farmhouse Blend
Inspired by local American brewers who produce semi-traditional Belgian-style ales. This blend produces a complex flavor profile with a moderate level of acidity. It is made with a traditional Farmhouse yeast strain and Brettanomyces. Great yeast for Farmhouse Ales, saisons and other Belgian inspired beers.
Apparent final degree of fermentation: 75 - 82 %.
Fermentation temperature: 20- 22 °C
Alcohol tolerance: 5 - 10 %.
Use for 20 liters:
- up to 12 °Plato: 1 pack.
- between 12,5 - 16,5 °Plato: 2 packs
