Triskel 100 g Pellets TYPE 90 - about 3,0 % Alpha Crop 2020

Triskel hop variety is a descendant of Strisselspalters. However, unlike its ancestor, it has a more highly pronounced fruity and floral aroma.

The alpha acid varies depending on the crop year.

Raw hops
Extracts of creamy yogurt and sweet honey are found alongside green-vegetable components. Its fruity notes range from peach to juicy watermelon and geranium.

Cold extract*
Here the notes of creamy caramel like toffee combine with strawberry aromas, but also green-vegetal artichoke, bell bell pepper and nettle. Notes of woody aromatic tobacco also emerge making the flavor picture even more interesting.

Origin: France

Content: 100 g in a vacuum bag

Note:

* for cold extract was dissolved 2 gr pellets on 200 ml of water (20 ° C) for 30 min.
