Strisselspalter 100 g Pellets TYPE 90
The highly appreciated Strisselspalter is one of the most famous Alsatian hop varieties from the region around Strasbourg. Its name derives from the due terms Strissel and Spalt. Strissel means as much as bouquet, Spalt is an older term for quality.
The alpha acid varies depending on the year of crop.
Raw hops
Aromas of citrus, bergamot, grapfruit and orange with a tendency to creamy to spicy flavors.
Cold extract*
Red berries such as cassis play a major role. But also parts of chamomile flowers and tea are pleasant to taste.

* for cold extract dissolved 2 gr pellets on 200 ml water (20 ° C) for 30 min.
