Malt Mix Pacific Ale

The "Pacific Ale" is modeled on a well-known and popular commercial beer, which impresses with its high drinkability and fruity, tart aroma. Many hobby brewers like to brew it, and a variety of recipes exist. The recipe on which this brew package is based was developed by Ruthard Wolf (known in relevant circles as "Brauwolf") and is confirmed by numerous fellow hobby brewers as most similar to the original.

  • 3.87 kg malt blend "Pacific Ale".
  • 2 hop blends, packed separately
  • 10g top-fermented dry yeast Gozdawa Pure Ale Yeast (PAY7)
  • Brewing instructions and brewing protocol

This brewing package is suitable for experienced hobby brewers as well as for beginners who would like to brew a special beer without having to invest in a large amount of exotic hops. All required hops are included in precisely weighed quantities. Detailed brewing instructions are of course also included in the package.

This Black India Pale Ale convinces with its hoppy, smoky note and was chosen as the winner beer at the hobby brewer competition at Kesselbrauer Stuttgart e.V. in 2018.
