Sekt dried yeast - 5 g
The Kitzinger Champagner yeast can be used for champagner and has a alkohol tolerance up to 16 %.
The content is enough for 10 - 50 liter
For rehydration you have to give the yeast for 2-3 hours in 1/8 liter water (~ 30 - 35 °C). Only after that the yeast can be take in the juice with a max. temperature different of 2 °C between the juice and the rehydration!
fermentation temperature: 15 - 20 °C
Storage: dry and cool, use the package only once!
