Saazer 100 g Pellets TYPE 90
This old country variety convinces with a particularly mild hop note. Saaz hops are highly valued internationally and have helped determine the flavor profile of the original Czech Pilsner.
The alpha acid varies depending on the crop year.
Raw hops
Dominant spicy-woody aromas of tarragon, lavender, cedar wood and smoked bacon.
Cold extract*
Floral-sweet components of elderberry, rose and chamomile, as well as creamy-caramel nuances of honey round out the flavor.

* for cold extract dissolved 2 gr pellets on 200 ml of water (20 ° C) for 30 min.
