Malt Mix "Stout" - crushed

Their home-brewed beer 'stout' is closely related to porter. The literal translation of stout into German means thick, corpulent, stocky plump or stout. So the naming comes from the fact that the stout beer is a fierce and strong, as well as dark beer.
This is confirmed by the fact that the stout generally has a deep dark brown to deep black color and captivates with its tart roasted malt aromas, ranging from roasted coffee to bittersweet chocolate. Light caramel notes linger in the background which are balanced out by the bitter hops. The hops are characterized by resinous and citrusy qualities of an American hop.
The beer has a full body and a creamy mouthfeel enhanced by the barley flakes and has a . Its durable head exhibits a light brown color.
