Malt Mix "Maibock" - uncrushed

We have created this set according to the recipe of Hubert Hanghofer from the book "Bier brauen nach eigenem Geschmack" (Art.: L-1000). (here you can also find the exact quantities).
You get a beer with moderate to strong malt aroma. Its moderate hop aroma makes the beer with its spicy notes and soft mouthfeel a pleasure to drink, as there are also no diacetyls.
This is a so-called 'strong beer', which as a prerequisite must have min. 16% original wort, which is well achieved with this home-brewed beer.
