Malt Mix 'Dubbel'
The Belgian Dubbel is a top-fermented beer and originates from the Trappist beer tradition. It is a malt-driven beer with a fairly dry finish and bread-like aromas. Caramel malt gives it a creamy, caramel sweetness that is well balanced by the bitter hops.
We have created this set according to Hubert Hanghofer's recipe from the book "Bier brauen nach eigenem Geschmack" (Art.: L-1000). (here you will also find the exact quantities)
