Malt Mix Dazzledorper - crushed

What "Kölsch" is to Cologne, "Alt" is to Düsseldorf; it has a malty aftertaste like a Franconian country beer and goes down like a Frisian bitter. This brewing package from Ruthard Wolf's Braustube, known from the Hobbybrauerforum, was developed as close to the style as possible and was enthusiastically received by the tasting crowd. When putting it together, care was taken to ensure that it can also be brewed in the home kitchen with the minimum of technical effort.

The brewing package contains all the ingredients (except water!) that you need to make approx. 20 liters of "Dazzledorpher":

"Dazzledorpher" malt mix
colored malt
bitter hops
top-fermented dry yeast Gozdawa "Old German Altbier"
Detailed brewing instructions and brewing protocol

The brewing package is tailored to the Einkocher class, but it can also be brewed with any other equipment, such as the Speidel Braumeister. The detailed step-by-step instructions make it possible for even beginners in the hobby brewing world to brew this beer successfully.
