Malt Mix 'Almtaler Hefeweisse'

In addition to the spicy flavors such as clove, you get a malty beer that is also fruity, tangy to drink. The hop notes remain in the background. But also notes of bananas, vanilla and apples are present due to the special wheat beer yeast as a fermentation by-product.
We have created this set according to the recipe of Hubert Hanghofer from the book "Gutes Bier selbst brauen" (Art.: L-1000). (here you will also find the exact quantities)
