LalBrew® Belgian WIT-Style Ale - 11 g
With this yeast you get a relatively neutral strain so you can produce a wide range of Wheat beers.
Esters and phenol production is lower than for traditional wheat stains. WIT provides a baseline profile of banana and spice aromas, so you have a lot of space to add your own special spice.
Beer Styles:
Fermentation temperature range: 17°C - 22°C (63 - 72°F)
Attenuation: medium - high
Flocculation: low
Alcohol tolerance: 12%
Note: This yeast is the replacement of the LalBrew® Munich Wheat (H-6001)
