Philly Sour produces not only ethanol, but also some lactic acid in simple fermentation steps. Therefore, it is a good choice for innovative, sessional sour beers that come up with their refreshing acidity and notes of stone fruits.

Due to the high degree of final fermentation and good flocculation, the Wildbrew Philly Sour is suitable for the following beers:

Berliner Weisse
Gose
American Lambic Style
American wild Ales
Due to its resistance to hop, it's also suitable for sour IPAs
