Hollands Hophuis

Description

Polish hop, mostly used as bitterhop for its high alfa content. Gives short, not lingering bitterness when used on hot side of the process. Has recently become popular as dry-hop . Aroma consists of grapefruit, citrus, liquorice, hay and aniseed.
