Kazbek 100 g pellets TYPE 90 - about 5,7 % alpha Crop 2022

The name Kazbek comes from a mountain peak in the Caucasus. Kazbek has an outstanding lemony, fruity aroma.
The cultivar was released in 2008.

Alpha acidity varies depending on the crop year.

Raw hops
Flavors of raspberry, orange, ginger, elderberry and chocolate can be found in the raw hops. Light notes of lemon balm underscore the aroma.

Cold Extract*
In the cold extract, aromas of grapefuit, lemon and lime dominate alongside sweet fruits such as pineapple, passion fruit, peach and watermelon with light hints of honey and cream caramel.

Contents: 100 g in a vacuum bag

* for cold extract was dissolved 2 gr pellets on 200 ml of water (20 ° C) for 30 min.
